Current management: Has been the focus of native tree planting and bulb planting some years ago.	Proposed management: Thin cherries at the southern end - planted too densely. Informal path through site. Plant up some areas with low shrub or wildflower areas & provide informal seating.

1.	Visual Attributes - update 2004 This attractive greenspace in the centre of a crescent lies on a gradual slope and is surrounded by housing. Groups of trees, including rowan, sycamore, oak, cherry, beech and cotoneaster cover the whole site, with mown grass. The site, which is of good size for municipal use, is mostly unused, probably due to the density of the tree planting in some areas and the discouraging ‘No Ball Games’ signs which are dotted throughout the site.   2.
Safety The roads surrounding the site are quiet and houses overlook the site. The tree planting may deter people from using it, especially after dark. Activities that the site supports at present Few activities are supported at present.	Activities that could be supported in the future Glade-like spaces could be created by thinning some of the tree planting and providing areas for picnicking, play (incorporate trees) and communal outdoor seating for local residents.
