1.	Ideas for change This site is adjacent to the bottom of New Hall Wood, with access to the wood via two routes. There is a public right of way, but it is not user-friendly. It has potential as a visually attractive area and it is suggested that it be managed so as to provide a friendly and accessible way to the wood. Improvements could include the removal of fly tipping; garden rubbish is a particular problem. Fencing and posts on the east side of the site would control vehicular access to the site. The footpath could be resurfaced and the steps renovated. Some pruning back around these steps is needed. There could be some new hedge laying - planting around the boundary of the sub station with short thorny shrubs. The gate should be left open. The site would benefit from some tree thinning. There is currently some mown grass to the north west of the site.
