Project Title:

COMMUNITY OPEN SPACES BOOK

CODE; C2

Project Summary:

This involves the local residents of an area writing about open spaces, their history, what they were used for and so on. It could be a useful project to help people recognise the distinctiveness of their local area.

Examples of good management. The Peak Park Rangers have carried out a similar project with the local community in Derwent. It was a successful project and was combined with an exhibition and Parish map.
